I am working on some construction tasks these days and I realize that doing masonry takeoff in the correct way is very important. Sometimes it is confusing to measure blocks, bricks, mortar, and openings from the drawings, and small mistakes can change the whole material quantity.
I want to ask if anyone here has tips or simple methods to make masonry takeoff more easy and accurate. Maybe some tools, formulas, or steps you follow in your own projects?
Any suggestions or experience will help me a lot. Thank you!
